We have a registered RN on staff (Nancy Carney), a family service director (Amy Lombardi), and myself (fundraising and publicity, in addition to our Executive Director, Lance Johnston, who is great at providing you with the most up to date information on research, and day-to-day issues as a parent of Batten disease himself.

I would love to help you further your efforts in fundraising and promotion, and help the cause for the hundreds of other children affected by Batten Disease. If you would have time, could we schedule a phone call to talk in the next couple weeks?

Having been recently diagnosed with MS, I understand the difficulty of having a disease with no cure.
It makes life very tough for all in the family.
Finances are hard to keep up with, as well.

I ask that everybody who hears Briget’s story to donate at least $5.

If EVERYONE does this, it will add up to a huge amount of money and hope.
